We know superheroes for their great image. Everyone knows that superman is one of the strongest heroes one can find. However, only a few knows about the origin of his powers. The Man of SteelTo start with, you should have a basic knowledge regarding superman’s arsenal. He has five main powers which are flight, strength, speed, heat and X-ray vision. These five powers are certainly not present to either one of us on earth. Well, we do have speed and strength but not enough to be faster than a bullet or strong enough to stop a speeding locomotive. Where did his power came from in the first place?1 He is not humanNow that explains it all. Superman is an alien with a human-like face. He came from Krypton. It is said that the gravity of their planet is 15 times stronger than earth. This made his muscles stronger and thus enabling him to be so strong and fast here on earth. This also explains why his weakness is a kryptonite which is a rock from his planet.2 He should be a doctorI can’t understand why the creator of superman made him a journalist. I know their main goal was to make him more aware of the news and recent happenings in his most loved city but would it be even better if he is a doctor? Imagine how he can diagnose a patient by just merely looking with his X-ray vision.3 The unnecessary capeIf you are an avid fan of superman like me, you might wonder why he needs to wear a red cape. I know it makes him look good when he is on the air but is it really necessary? What benefit did he attain from wearing it? Sad to say, his red cape is useless. However, it is quite useful for the enemies because they usually grab superman’s cape and throw him with such great force. And you might even wonder why this cape is so durable to withstand even the strongest impacts. The dark knightIn Gotham city rest the most secretive hero I have ever met. He is the dark knight commonly known as batman. He lived by his name with his bat-like costume that reflects such a spooky shadow, he lives in a cave like most bats do and his weapons are bat-inspired as well. He hunts at night maybe because he wants to scare the hell out of his enemies to catch them off-guard. I remember fearing than loving him when I was just a little girl. Here are some facts that you might not know about this bat enthusiast.1 He never laughedSeeing him grin is the farthest that I have been in search for a happy batman. He is so serious and I somehow know the reason. He wants to maintain his cool identity. Can you imagine a laughing batman? It will certainly make him look like a villain. Or maybe he just need a session with Jim Carrey? If the famous comedian can’t make him laugh, then no one can.2 He is famous for creepy entrance and exitsIf you saw one of his shows, you will certainly notice how creepy this hero is when it comes to visiting someone for a talk or meeting a person in a certain place to ask him about relevant information regarding a certain case. One last thing, he never uses the door.
The man with a cool suitWho would not want to have his awesome suit? Even the U.S. government wants to get a hold of it. Imagine if all the U.S. marines are wearing that in war. They can be unstoppable and that would be so unfair. Maybe it’s better having it for ironman alone. Unlike batman, this hero is the most vulgar of all. He even said in world television his true identity! That’s not really normal for a superhero to do. If you can’t get enough of ironman, here are some things that you might not know about him.1 His father created Captain AmericaHave anyone of you seen the trailer of the upcoming movie Captain America? The scientist who initiated Captain America’s transformation was Mr. Starks. Well, I am not yet sure about this. Maybe he is just a relative but that would be so unlikely because movies usually have some connections like these to make things even more interesting. Whether it might be true or not, the relevant thing is that ironman certainly got his brain power from his father.2 His heart is in the middle?When I was just in grade school until now, the heart I know is located on the left side of the chest. But maybe technology made him do that. No one can really question a thing about ironman because the fact that he made such an awesome suit like that will give you an idea that all his answers will probably be technology. But he is cool. I love ironman and I hope he meets up with the other avengers soon.
